Our bespoke approach

Our aim is always to provide exactly what your business, buildings and people need – without the wastage or lack of efficiency that can results from simply combining standard sized, off-the-shelf pieces of equipment.

Our bespoke approach means that we control the quality and precise specification of your project from initial design through manufacture in our own UK factories to final installation and commissioning.

Flexible, adaptable, responsive

We design and manufacture to match the needs of your building, people and processes, listening carefully to your current and future aspirations. You’re fully involved every step of the way, from the initial in-depth discussions as we develop your system through to commissioning and beyond.

No over or under specifying

You get exactly what you need, no more, no less. No over or under specification. This gives the most efficient and cost-effective use of capital and operating budget, while keeping the potential to scale. It often saves money over other provider quotes that use standard sized, off-the-shelf units as well as saving on ongoing energy costs. If needed, it also means we can build your new units to fit an existing footprint.

Tailored support

Throughout the process, you can have as much project management, installation and servicing support as you want. We happily integrate with any of your in-house or facilities management people, consultants, main contractors or installers. But however much of the process we deliver directly, we always keep in touch with you through to completion to help ensure complete satisfaction.

How we work

Develop
We start by making sure we fully understand your current and future needs. We talk with all your key people and assess your site, buildings, current equipment, and how your processes and people work.
1
Design
This then feeds into the specification and design of your bespoke solution, using the most appropriate technology and configuration for your particular situation and business.
2
Manufacture
Next, we bring together the complete package and prepare it for delivery, manufacturing and building your new system in our state-of-the-art factories in the UK. All to our agreed exact specification.
3
Install
If you want us to install your new equipment, we’ll then deploy one of our trusted, accredited and highly professional teams of installers – and keep you informed every step of the way.
4
Commission
Once everything is installed and set up to your complete satisfaction, we finalise the commissioning process and ensure everything is up and running and operating as it should.
5
Service
And it doesn’t necessarily end there because we offer a range of service and maintenance options to ensure your system continues to operate at optimum levels for years to come.
