Weatherite Air Conditioning Ltd (WACL) has been awarded the Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Management System ISO 45001 Standard – the new international standards designed to provide a framework for organisations to manage risks and help prevent work-related injury and ill health.
ISO 45001 is intended to help all organisations, regardless of size or industry, designing systems to proactively prevent injury and ill health.
WACL gained the approval to hold the standard following a first compliance visit which recorded no non-conformance issues.
Achieving ISO 45001, with flying colours, is a reflection of Weatherite’s total commitment to employee welfare explained Massoud Kordbacheh, Group Services Director.

WACL already has ISO 9001and ISO 14001 accreditations and this award further supports the organisations total commitment to health, safety and wellbeing.
